June Challenge- Create Art by Amanda...

Helloooo Creative Lovelies...

Here is my take on the Fabulous June Moodboard
for Art and Soul Studio..

I am using my small Jane Davenport Journal for this project.

First up I put a variety of washi tapes down.

 

 Then I did some stencilling with a wire netting stencil

I spritzed water on my watercolours and added 

different colours to my page. they are so vibrant and creamy..

 

 Finally I added some lace flowers, chipboards

which I covered with embossing powder and 

some crystals for the flower centers...

 Finally I did some stamping around the edge and 

then inked it, also a bit of added paint spatter...

Gorjuss Journal Page by Amanda

Helloooooo Creative Lovelies, I hope you are having a great day....:)

I am sorry it is only a quick post as I have been a bit busy, 

so for this project I wanted to showcase some of the 

fabulous Sontoro Gorjuss Range, and some other fun goodies........

I started with my Simply Gorjuss Colour Me Journal on the first inside page.

 

First off I used a Bubble stencil and I sponged some of the 

Metallic Accents in green all over the page, 

then I used a stitches stamp around the edges....

 I then fussy cut a couple of the girl stickers and some 

butterfly wings and inked the edges, then some cheesecloth.

I used black gesso on the chipbord word piece,

and put a few Sparkling Dotties around...

I also inked around the edges of the page...

Hellooooo Everyone.....

Hope you are having a great start 

to the last week of Autumn....

Today I have for you an art journal page following 

this months theme and my earlier challenge project..

 

First off I am doing a double page spread in my 

small Jane Davenport Journal.. 

I then tore up some Dina Wakely Collage Tissue

and glued it down with Jane Davenport Matt Mediyum..

 

 

I am so sorry I missed getting a pic in between, 

so I have done some stencilling with Art Anthology Mud Paste,

Once dry I put dots of Avery Elle liquid watercolours, (colours are listed below)

I then spritzed with water and moved the colours around a bit.

Once dry I painted some DecoArt Media Crackle Paint around the edges..

 

 

 

I have then added more watercolours till I was happy.

also I spattered some Lindy's stamp Gang sprays around

to add a bit of shimmer. 

 

 I then put some cheese cloth and black thread 

to add a bit more texture..

 

 

 I fussy cut some butterflies and put them on some Tim Holtz Paperdolls..

Had to add some bling so I used some Neat and tangled sequins..

then finished by inking around the edge of the page and Tim Holtz chipboard words..

MAY Moodboard Challenge...by Amanda

Hellooooooo Creative Friends...

I am excited to be doing my very first post as a DT Member

for Art and Soul Studio.....

Here is my interpretation of the May challenge...

I used everything I got in my DT Pack and some xtras...:)

 

 

 I started with Dina Wakely collage tissue, then used a Kaiserkraft stencil and Mud Paste,

I then added some Tattered Angel Mists. and Faber Castell gold gel pen..

I added some Deco art crackle glaze inside the hearts to add a bit more dimension... 

I also used Dusty Attic chipboard and embossing powders...
