using a Santoro Willow colour me card,
I used Jane Davenport Mermaid
Markers
regular and shimmer ones,
Glitz-Sea Watercolours, Magic Wands,
Sparkle Markers and Epic Pen...
The pic doesnt do justice to all
the
shimmery goodness....LOL
