Hellooooo Everyone...

I started this project a while ago and 

thought I should finish it

Sorry I forgot to take pics sooner...I think I was in the zone...LOL

So first off I stamped some images....I made a mask with the girl stamp

so I could layer up the flowers.

Then I used TH Distress Stain for the background, and JD

Watercolours plus Lindy's sprays to paint the flowers...

I then stamped another couple of girls and lots of flowers.

I cut the dress out and used a stencil for the pattern.

I painted the flowers the same as on the page.

I attached the flowers with foam dots to give them dimension.

 

then the girl and her dress....

 

I touched her hair up with some JD Magic wands, 

added a saying and of course a couple of butterflies...

August Challenge

"Create" Canvas by Amanda

Hellooooooooo Everyone...
I have done something a little different for this 
months challenge,
not my usual style, but lots of fun with 
some awesome products from Art & Soul Studio

First off I have used a pallette knife to spread 
Crackle Paste onto the canvas and the sides.. 

Then I have torn some strips of Calico 
and glued them on..
 

I placed some lace and loose cotton thread...
 

  
Cover with a layer of white Gesso..

Add some colour with Color Bloom and LSG Sprays..
 

A bit of cheesecloth to add a bit more texture, 
then I arranged some Little Birdie Flowers..
 

 I finished off with some Pink Microbeads, Melange Pebbles 
and Chipboard word painted with Sparks Paint..

I fussy cut some clocks and butterflys from 
some Lemoncraft paperand added stickles....
 

and thats it...all done...
I love the colours of this challenge...

Hellooooooo Creative Ones...

Today I have an Art Journal spread using some 

fabulous products from Art & Soul Studio..

First off I had a page that I put some left over 

Jane Davenport Acrylic and Pebeo  Metallic Paints

all over the page...

Then randomly put some Dina Wakely Tissue Paper 

with JD Matte Medi-Yum...

I used several JD Washi tapes all over..

Stencilling with a Crafters workshop Stencil and 

Dreamweaver Glossy Black Embossing Paste...

 A bit of cheesecloth and some black cotton..

Put the picture on top..

I added some more cotton to make a border..

Some closeups..

Finally I put some word stickers and used JD Sparkle Mermaid Markers

for some details...

Helllloooooooo Everyone.......

Today I have a project for you as 

Guest Designer for Little Birdie Crafts

First up I have done some stencilling onto an 8x8 Burlap Panel

using Fibre Paste..

Then I painted a layer of white gesso and played around with some of the

Color Splash Sprays and spritzed water to dilute them and move them around...

I added a bit of gold metallic paint all over with my finger, 

glued some cheesecloth for a bit of extra texture, 

then I coloured a piece of chipboard with Black Gesso and attached it..

I arranged some flowers...

I then added some crystal drops around the flowers

and some blue rhinestones on the background... 

All finished!
